Subject: Workshop on Powerful success strategies and goal-setting for winning for Children of Vulnerable Families 4^th February 2010 , Assisi Convent School, Noida With the intention of making children more competent for their future and guide them for a successful life, a workshop on “Powerful success strategies and goal setting for winning” was organized by India Vision Foundation with the help of Mr. Nishit Lal, a motivational trainer. It took place on 4^th February 2010 at Assisi Convent School in Noida. Mr. Nishit Lal captured the mind of the children and diluted the seriousness of the subject. His way of presenting was humorous yet severe so that the children were concentrated and having fun. In between, there was space for activities, which made the subject even more accessible to the children without missing its crux. The main objectives of the workshop were: To nurture the talents and interests of the children under a constructive training program. To make the children more confident and independent. To utilize the young children’s talents, skills and interests constructively for the betterment of the society To enhance the knowledge of the children by adding what they missed from classrooms and teachers due to their busy routine schedules. The presentation was topped off by a motivated discussion. It concentrated on the ten secrets for success and its inspiring audio-visual presentation. The workshop came to an end with a vote of thanks by the Assisi children and Pearly Paul, the project manager of the Children of Vulnerable Families project.
